Learn Dutch (Nederlands) and have fun at the same time! We play games, we sing, we do arts and crafts, we watch movies, we do little projects, and (when Covid school rules allow) we celebrate Sinterklaas. We work with themes and different aspects and subjects within a theme in order to repeat a certain vocabulary. By working with different target words over a period of time, the student will master the vocabulary of a theme and gain a wealth of words. Participants will also learn about the foods, customs and culture of the Low Countries (the Netherlands and Belgium). They are encouraged to speak Dutch as much as possible in class. In offering an attractive program, children enjoy learning the Dutch language and culture. Join us and experience a Touch of Dutch!
